Fully Automatic PLC Based Weigh Feeder Vertical F. F. S Machine

Application:
It consists of weighing pans fitted on load cell. The load cell is then connected to a microprocessor type controller where the weight settings etc. are made. When it receives the dump signal, then the material is dumped into the machine. A film roll of suitable width has to be mounted at the back of the machine. Then the film goes into the unwinding assembly and then enters into the forming collor and forms into a tube. The vertical sealer seals the front of the tube. Then the material is filled and the bottom seal is made. The cutter then automatically seperates the pouch. This Machine is suitable for packing Capsules, Namkeens, Dry Snack foods, Potato chips, Popcorn, Cashew Nuts, Pista, Almonds, Biscuits, Hardware like Bolt, Nuts, Screws, etc.,
