Application:
It consist of a volumetric dish fitted on the top of the machine. A film roll of suitable width has to be mounted at the back of the machine. Then the film goes into the unwinding assembly & then enters into the forming collar & forms into a tube. The vertical sealer seals the front of the tube. Then the material is filled & the bottom seal is made. The cutter then automatically separates the pouch. The machine is suitable for packing Tea, Detergent Powder, Kirana Items etc.

  1. 1.Packing material is fed from the supply roll by pneumatically driven unwind system ensuring constant tension on the film.
  2. 2.Material is drawn over the forming collar and down around the forming tube. Registration mark controls the length of pre-printed film.
  3. 3.Film overlaps and vertical sealing bar seals the film to form the tube.
  4. 4.Horizontal sealing jaws seal the bottom of the film to produce partially formed pouch.
  5. 5.Product is introduced into pouch through forming tube.
  6. 6.Film advanced until proper length pouch has been drawn from roll. The length is controlled by registration mark.
  7. 7. Pouch, with product inside, now sealed by the horizontal sealing jaws at top and cut.
